“Had a set of 4 stylish Georgian handles to replace old versions. They arrived well within the estimated delivery time. Very pleased with the service and product. One set was slightly damaged and I asked for a replacement. The response was prompt and a new set was sent, no problem. The best example of excellent customer service I have had for a long time. Definitely recommend and will remember to use them should I need to in future.”

“Funny what you find on the internet but having moved to a house in a poor state of repair I needed to deal with a lot of broken door handles and a specialist handle supplier was just what I needed. I have placed several orders over the last year and the service has been excellent. There are a large range of products and they stock replacements for my 20 year old carlisle brass handles with same dimensions, saving me masses of time on fitting.”

“With a huge range I was able to match the style of my existing (broken) door handles, if not the actual product (discontinued by the manufacturer). Whilst the fitting was different at least there was enough information to know that it could be fitted. Checkout was simple, delivery was quick and on time.”
