“Found the new layout a bit confusing as asking you what the item was going to be used for, ie. Handles to suite Euro Spec latches which gave me the wrong Handles to what I wanted. So had to return them and select the correct ones. The cost of returning was very expensive, so perhaps you could look at your returns policy, by perhaps your courier collecting from some local shop for a small charge like other suppliers do. Also actually found the Handles I required considerably Cheaper as part of a Lock,Hinge and Handle package from Screwfix and the Handles were made by the same supplier, so suggest perhaps your could do a similar kit price?”

“Our joiner broke one of the pins from the door handle when fitting. Finding a suitable replacement was a nightmare and we couldn't find any hardware store carrying these special anti-tamper pins. Managed to find on Handles4Homes and did just the job. Much better than replacing the whole handle. Website easy, ordering easy and item came promptly and was P&P free as was a small item in the regular post.”

“Arrived in time, delivery process and communication was very good. The iron ware was in perfect condition and just what we wanted. My only reason for not marking you "very Good" was that you do not offer, on your website, any extra anvil pewter finish screws. The 1" screws provided in the boxed sets are too long for the application I have and I need 1/2" screws, which I have had to order from another supplier.”
