“The original package that was delivered didn't contain the pair of handles I ordered. There were different items in there that weren't supposed to be there . (Barrel catches and 1 handle missing.) However, a call to the office and a couple of emails later had it sorted. I was told the correct handles would be delivered the next day by FedEx and true to their word they were! I call that great service and would certainly use them again in the future.”

“I know that you only sell 1 at a time,(which I found out when it came) as brackets are normally used in pairs, that's what I thought I had ordered, and it would be a help if it was made much clearer. When my order came I thought the had been a mistake, until I checked”

“Carlisle Brass door handles - Not as good quality as the Carlisle Brass door handles they replaced to be perfectly honest, they feel thinner but still well made. My old one's were brass in colour, these are chrome. I just hope they are genuine! Happy with the service I received when ordering and handles were well packaged.”

Hi Lee, thanks for the review, i have checked your order and you purchased the contract scroll Carlisle Brass handles on this occasion, which do have a slightly lighter feel than the Carlisle Brass Deluxe scroll handles range, which are the more expensive option.
