“Excellent value and customer service. The Yale lock I bought proved faulty, but the staff could not have been more helpful and sent me a replacement immediately (for next-day delivery), in response to my phone call. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent quality items ( Cabin hooks with fixing screws ( Marine grade stainless steel ). Delivered on time. No sign of rust after 4weeks. Have since ordered and fitted more for my neighbour. Had looked on other websites for similar product but descriptions were vague and reviews were poor with rust appearing quickly.”

“Had a set of 4 stylish Georgian handles to replace old versions. They arrived well within the estimated delivery time. Very pleased with the service and product. One set was slightly damaged and I asked for a replacement. The response was prompt and a new set was sent, no problem. The best example of excellent customer service I have had for a long time. Definitely recommend and will remember to use them should I need to in future.”

“Funny what you find on the internet but having moved to a house in a poor state of repair I needed to deal with a lot of broken door handles and a specialist handle supplier was just what I needed. I have placed several orders over the last year and the service has been excellent. There are a large range of products and they stock replacements for my 20 year old carlisle brass handles with same dimensions, saving me masses of time on fitting.”
