“5 Star Customer Care & Service! Having never ordered a door knob before, I browsed Handles4homes website and ordered what I thought was the correct handle for the job. However when the handle arrived, It quickly became apparent that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong type. I decided to phone them direct and explain my dilemma and was advised of a quicker, easy solution which saved me having to pay the return postage and re-order the correct door knob. This advice proved very beneficial and saved a lot of time and hassle. I really appreciated their prompt attention and kindness in dealing with the fall-out from my Faux Pas because it’s not often you get such service and customer care these days. A Big Thank You to handles4homes. The required door knob, is exactly what we wanted!!!”

“I wanted to replace some old pull handles on 2 cupboards on the upstairs landing; the Carlisle brass bow handles had an associated technical drawing on the Handles4Homes site so I was able to measure quite accurately if they would cover the holes from the old handles. The handles were ordered, delivered and fitted in the space of 3 days and they look brilliant.”
