“Very pleased with cup handles and knobs. Exactly what I wanted and looked just like the pictures on the website. Price was good however ordered 6 knobs but only received 5.”

“Just to thank you for your website which I found very interesting with all the different handles on offer and the delivery which was very quick. “the handles were all very good, my only comment is the cup pull handles fixing lugs are right on the edge of the handle and so are very difficult to hide as any hole drilled into the draw will always be slightly out of true”

“These are really nice handles but it infuriates me when the VAT isn't included in the price when you view then and just appears at the end when you are paying for them. It is very misleading and after going through all the billing etc I feel it is a bit like cheating the customer. That's my opinion.”

Hi Lynne, Thank you for your review regarding your purchase and the VAT. Please may we re-iterate that all the prices that are shown on the website are 'including VAT', so i can only presume that you are referring to the checkout page which gives a VAT breakdown of the sale, at the bottom of the invoice. This is required to show VAT registered customers for VAT purposes, but is not as additional costing onto the original prices shown, as hopefully you will now be able to see. “After unsuccessful hunting round various DIY stores for replacement handles for our Wimpey built house we finally went online, found your website and the exact handles we needed - measurements, picture and description were all there so we were confident we had found the right handles- ordering was straightforward and the goods arrived within the predicted time.
