“The door handle is lovely but the first delivered was flawed and so had to be replaced. Delivery was satisfactory but communication was unsatisfactory as regards organising the replacement as we received no reply to our email nor were we notified of the replacement being sent. That said, we did received the replacement swiftly.”

“We did make a purchase online during a weekday evening recently, from handles for homes. However the next morning we cancelled the order by telephone. This was a very easy and efficient process and I received the refund in advance of the time specified by the agent I spoke to. So, very good service!”

“I have no hesitation in giving H4H 5 stars. The 8 pairs of Cuatro door handles are superb quality and by far the best price by a long way. The delivery was quick, very well organised with information and alternatives. The handles were packed very well and are now on looking and feeling brilliant. The web site and order process was easy to follow too.”

“Before ordering, I had some queries on the sizes and fixing holes on different handles which were promptly answered by e-mail. Having then ordered our handles, they were dispatched immediately, were well packaged and are good quality - we are very pleased with them and I would have no hesitation in using this supplier again.”

“They are great - used them a couple of times - would be good on the web site to prompt a purchaser like me (A DIY ignoramus) to buy the latches etc or to check if I need them..... But the products are great , stylish, weighty and not cheap feeling - definitely shopping from them again”
