“Handles are good quality and very solid. would definitely buy again. Only slight issue are the fixing screws are not best quality and quite soft being chrome plated brass. Stainless screws with posi heads would be better. Arrived quicker than expected.”

“I ordered over nearly 2 weeks ago and no sign yet!!!! I can track my order which has me worried. The last mail I got said it was only shipped last Friday a week since I placed the order. The status of order #100605 is now Shipped It would be good to know when they will arrive”

The order was despatched within 4 working days, but subsequently we have now discovered that the package was misrouted by Parcelforce. “Handles delivered pretty quickly. The courier was the let down, leaving hundreds of pounds worth of door handles on my busy street in clear view of anybody walking past and also got absolutely drenched in the rain. Luckily, a family member spotted the big box outside my frount door and kept it safe at theirs.”

“I ordered internal chrome handles including bathroom handle and lock. In particular I wanted radius latch and strike plates to match existing rebates. The website was very clear including measurements. Ordering was straightforward and the items were delivered earlier than expected. The handles and lock fitted without adjustment, the strike plates were a little wider requiring minor tweaks but came with plastic inserts which made for a much smarter finish. All items seem well made and have a smooth operation.”
