“I ordered door screws and was pleasantly surprised at the high quality, unlike certain warehouse DIY places these screws did not burr over when they saw a screwdriver excellent product and delivered quickly.”

“Despite severe supply issues caused by the Covid-19 crisis they supplied the parts they had and then continually pushed to get the non-stock item. At all times they kept us informed and offer cancellation. As there were no others in the country we left them to and surely enough 3 days before the promised date the handles arrived. Brilliant perseverance in these difficult times. Throughout they kept cheerful and enthusiastic. They showed FIRST CLASS customer service for which we are grateful.”
