“No matter how many times I emailed you to cancel my order, you ignored the lot. I had to turn the delivery away at the door. And there has been no refund as yet. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Give me my money!”

Hi Ellie, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your frustration regarding your cancelled order, however the one email that you sent was crossed with despatch, and was too late to cancel so DPD did attempt to deliver which you turned away. “The website was easy to navigate and once we found what we were looking for, the ordering process was very straight forward. We had confirmation that the order had been received, when it was despatched, the day it would arrive, when it would be delivered to give us the opportunity to give instructions where to leave the parcel if we were not at home and again when it had been delivered. This is the third time we have ordered something from Handles4Homes and would do so again if we needed any more.”
