“The original package that was delivered didn't contain the pair of handles I ordered. There were different items in there that weren't supposed to be there . (Barrel catches and 1 handle missing.) However, a call to the office and a couple of emails later had it sorted. I was told the correct handles would be delivered the next day by FedEx and true to their word they were! I call that great service and would certainly use them again in the future.”

“Having placed my first order with Handles for homes i was disappointed with the service provided. The company at no point made it clear on their website or when i placed my order that orders placed after the 18th December wouldn't be dispatched until Jan 2016. Having placed my order around this time i was expecting to be in receipt of my order before the end of Dec in order to complete a project. If the company had made this clear i would have purchased my item elsewhere”

“There was a picking error on my order and I received the wrong item ( but then nobody is infallible and errors are made from time to time) but after one discussion on the phone with customer services, the correct item was soon in the post with a prepaid envelope enclosed to enable me to return the incorrect item.
