“I thought the handles I had purchased were big and chunky but was sadly disappointed when they arrived as they were so thin ,the pictures must have been blown up to show them far larger”

hello Diane, sorry to hear that the handles you ordered were not what you were expecting. Line drawings and measurements are provided to help customers visualise the correct sizes of door and cabinet furniture. Unfortunately we are unable to control what size you assumed that they were going to be, other than provide accurate measurements as per the product page. Thank you Handles 4 Homes

“One of my house door latches broke, and it seemed a simple enough thing to replace. I bought a same-sized Yale replacement - what could go wrong? - but its holes were in the wrong place. You'd think these things would be standardised. I bought another latch taking more care in a local shop, but it was very slightly different and didn't quite fit. However, Handles4Homes web site had accurately dimensioned diagrams of their latches, and it was possible to find an exact replacement. I've now got a working door! If ever I need any door ironmongery or handles, hinges, whatever, I'll be back.”
