“I am sorry but I have'nt received my handles because the supplier said they tried 3 times to deliver. I stayed in for DPD but they kept saying that they could not find my house.”

hi Jacquleine, As per our communication, you input the incorrect postcode on your order, hence why DPD could not deliver. The parcel has been returned to us awaiting your further instruction. thank you Handles 4 Homes Ltd

“I ordered over nearly 2 weeks ago and no sign yet!!!! I can track my order which has me worried. The last mail I got said it was only shipped last Friday a week since I placed the order. The status of order #100605 is now Shipped It would be good to know when they will arrive”

Hi Lisa, As per my email to you, your review was the first we knew of a problem. The order was despatched within 4 working days, but subsequently we have now discovered that the package was misrouted by Parcelforce. “Ordered £222 of handles on 6th July, had nothing delivered yet, was emailed about some being delayed which was ok but communication wasn't clear, and as mentioned none of the others have arrived yet.”

“Before placing the order I rung Handles4Homes to check the delivery on the items I wanted to order. They informed me that one of the items I wanted to order was unavailable, so we amended that item for an item that was in stock, and we were advised that as all the items we were ordering were in stock, we would receive the order in a week. Having not received the order one week later I called Handles4Homes and was informed that the order would be looked into and I would receive an email to advise where the order was up to. No email was received so I called the company the following day - I was told that one of the items ordered was not in stock which has held up the entire order. However the chap I spoke to was very helpful and advised that the rest of the order would be sent the following day and we would receive it early the following week. At this point I reiterated the fact I had called before even placing the order to ensure a swift delivery and that the items were required quickly. I felt rest assured that the order would be sent, minus one item, and was satisfied. However, another week and NO items are received. I have emailed Handles4Homes again to be told that none of the order has been dispatched, despite their previous promise. I completely understand we are in unprecedented times at the moment as were are coming out of the covid lockdown, however, if Handles4Homes were unable to fulfill the order, or had been honest about their delivery times I would not feel aggrieved. As it is, we diligently rung before placing the order, and subsequently were told part of the order would be sent, and it wasn't.”

“The cloakroom door lock supplie was missing a major grub screw and the spindle was too large for one side. Returned the unit under the returns system at my expense. Still waiting for credit.”

“I bought some handles off handles4homes and on the first handle I tried to fit, 3 screws snapped in the door despite drilling pilot holes. Now I have an issue where I need to try and remove them from my door with no idea how to. From reading reviews, I'm not the only person that this has happened to. When I asked how to fix, the response was late, unreturned calls and then pretty much I was told to just deal with it. Although they're cheap, it might be worth looking elsewhere to find somewhere with better quality. You'll pay less for the handles from them but might end up paying much more in tools / better screws or worse still, replacement doors. I wish I'd gone to someone else and never ordered off them.”

“I placed an order for some handles and push plates, after discussing delivery options over the phone the expectation was I would receive the items in 2-3 working days. After not hearing from the company within this period I contacted them myself and was told the items are on back order and it would be another 2 weeks before I would receive my order. The payment for the order (£650) was taken as soon as the order was placed, so the company will have had my money for 3 weeks before I receive the goods. On their website the items are still showing as 2-5 days for delivery.”
