Still not received my order or had any update other than it saying waiting for fulfilment when I track my order still and it’s been nearly two weeks

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I contacted customer services after 4 days and was told someone would phone me back....no one did, so I phoned again and was told that it is in the Carlisle warehouse on the top of some tack that they are trying to access!! Still waiting for my order which I need urgently now.

HI Leslye, Thank you for your review, we have had a lot of frustration with this order whereby the stock was in the Carlisle Brass warehouse but initially they just couldn't get to it following a warehouse change-around. We were chasing them on a daily basis and unfortunately we did lose some time waiting for them to despatch. You could have been kept up to date better on this order and we apologise for that. Following a directors' intervention we should receive the order tomorrow and we will express it to you as explained in my separate email to you. Many thanks Adam Handles 4 Homes Ltd

Bought and paid for item 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Haven’t replied to emails or “live chat”. I phoned at the 8 day mark and was told the item would be posted out two days after. I had previously bought full furniture for 27 doors so thought would stick with the same company. Poor service!

Badly designed so the set up requires very fine adjustment to allow the patch to be used from both sides. In order to work it has to only patch by the barest amount.

Terrible service!!! Handle returned as it was a slightly unusual size and couldn't get a lock to fit. When handle was returned I was told that there would be no refund as the generic brown cardboard box had, apparently, been defaced, because Royal Mail had put stickers on it. Also, that the cheap, bubble wrap inside had been slightly torn. I would not recommend this company for customer services. Better customer service at certain cheap low cost Irish airline that have blue on the sides and a gold angel harp. Go elsewhere for your handles.

Ordered on 7th Nov. Arrived 10th Nov. One of the items had a missing part. Contacted by telephone on 10th Nov. and was told that I had to send an email to get a replacement. Sent the email on 10th Nov. Ten days later I contacted to find out what had happened to missing part. The missing part arrived the next day on 21st Nov. All in all not impressed. What was the point of sending an email which was not followed up. Very poor.

Hi David, Thank you for leaving the review, and apologies that this order for the two brass casement fasteners didn't go so well. When you highlighted to us that one of the fasteners was missing a bracket, we emailed Carlisle Brass requesting that they send you the missing piece, and until you chased we wrongly assumed that they would have done this for you. Obviously they hadn't fulfilled our request, and after you called we then chased and it arrived the next day. We will be, in future , ensuring that occasions like this are re-confirmed by our suppliers when replacement items are sent directly out of our control. I placed an order for a flush bolt, received a confirmation email. A week later I emailed to inquire on the status of the order and was told the item was not in stock and would I like a replacement. Does that mean that if I hadn't asked I would still be waiting for my item?

The initial ordering process and delivery were good, but the handles were very disappointing. We ordered 9 pairs of handles. My partner started to check them when they arrived. Of the six pairs he checked, all had some issue with the surface finish. On three pairs he was able to clean the residue off, but the other three pairs had permanent imperfections. He gave up checking after that and we decided that we were unhappy with the quality and wanted to return them. I was even more disappointed by the response I got when I enquired about returning them. Despite the fact that I was returning them as faulty I had to pay return postage - not cheap for 9 pairs of handles. I received the handles on 13th July, sent them back on 14th July. It's now 28th July and I haven't had any update on the progress of my refund.

The handles were ordered after your your express confirmation that they were both attached to the spindle by grub screws. This was not the case and they are unusable in their current form. It has been reported to you but as yet you have done nothing to correct the problem. I await resolution before I can comment differently.

No matter how many times I emailed you to cancel my order, you ignored the lot. I had to turn the delivery away at the door. And there has been no refund as yet. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Give me my money!

Hi Ellie, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your frustration regarding your cancelled order, however the one email that you sent was crossed with despatch, and was too late to cancel so DPD did attempt to deliver which you turned away. I made my order on 31 December and still as at today's date, 12 January, have yet to receive it. I have not had any communication to say why there is a delay or anything. This is not an impressive service.

I ordered an item on 13th Sept still not arrived. I had an email over a week ago saying "shipped" with instructions to track the parcel either with DPP or Royal Mail but email said "no tracking number assigned". DPP say they are not involved. I've not had any contact from RM. Still no £36 parcel. No word from Handles4homes despite me emailing last week.
