“Excellent service from start toileting finish. I was looking for a Taylor 812ce guitar and was attracted to the website statement that they are Taylor nuts! I saw Jon, who was a fountain of knowledge, very informative and helpful without being pushy in any way. I tried 3 different guitars and ended up with a Taylor 814ce DLX which was not the one I expected to buy. Highly recommended!”

“All the staff I have met in the shop have been so friendly and helpful. I was not pressured, just given sound advice and allowed time to try the guitars. Jon has been a fount of knowledge, especially with the Taylor guitars and has set mine up perfectly. Their love of guitars is clear for all to see.”

“The only place that stocked this item in the UK (Taylor Bone Wave Saddle). Price was slightly more than I’ve paid previously but factor in postage cost and it’s no big deal. Delivered after a couple of days as stated. The saddle itself has changed the tone of my guitar. Very happy with the product and well worth the money.”

“After purchasing an Am Pro Strat online back in April, I wanted a small acoustic for travel and playing at home. After a bit of my own research, I visited the shop under well-managed Covid restrictions and was given a tour of the "Taylor Room," which was highly impressive. Seeing the BT1e in the wood confirmed it was indeed a lovely guitar and so I bought it. Unexpectedly I found a fault with the built-in tuner of the electric preamp module, which meant an extra trip back to the shop. Chris was very apologetic for the inconvenience and fitted and tested a replacement module in a few minutes. I love the guitar and have barely been able to put it down. The feel and tone are amazing. Great service and great guitar. It really is an Aladdin's Cave of guitars with lots of good advice on-hand.”

“Yet again another purchase of a top quality Taylor Guitar, a 514e fltd2013, from the guys at Guitar Mania. Jon, the Taylor expert, again being exceedingly helpful with his knowledge, non pushy with the sale, and allowing me all the time I need to try different guitars. I do feel I know as much about Taylor’s as the guys now though, having bought and traded about 20 Taylor Guitars with them over the years, and each time the same customer service. Also being a small independent shop, they can be very flexible with their deals, and are usually able to give a really good price along with a very fair part exchange. I keep saying no more guitars, but they keep pulling me back in with very good deals! All in all, a great guitar shop with excellent customer service, and one I will be visiting again soon no doubt. Highly recommended. Laurie.”

“Great service as usual, orders often dispatched the same day. Free p&p also makes getting smaller items easy with current Covid restrictions so no need for me to travel for 45 minutes and clog up the shop floor. Nice, convenient way of still supporting the shop.”
