“My local shop... the team always deliver the goods when it comes to service and quality. Jon's setup work and attention to detail is highly regarded and you can trust everything will be completed to the highest standard. Probably the best in the SW and I'm lucky to have them so close.”

“I bought a Tanglewood Acoustic Guitar from Guitar Mania and traded in an old Electric guitar in part payment. Great customer service and no hurry to try and sell me something out of budget or style of guitar. I tried about 6 guitars in my price range until I was happy. Such a shame some of the large supermarket music shops don’t have the same attention to detail. Have dealt with them many years now and will continue to do so.”

“Paid £6.95 for delivery usually in one working day on the 22nd December and it’s not due now until the 28th by FEDX. First time I have used Guitar Mani and it will be the last. I will tell my Grandsons band to steer clear too.”

“Great shop, with a nice range of guitars and basses. Helpful & professional guys. Very happy with my purchase. We need to support local music shops like this. Online is fine but you also need the kind of knowledge, set up, repair and service hands-on skills that shops like this provide.”

“I have never hesitated to recommend this shop over the years. The people that work here have always been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient in my experience and the shop has a really welcoming atmosphere. They realise for most people a new guitar or amp is a big investment and want to help you make the right choice. They'll give you as much advice and time as you need to make the right decision, you're never rushed. Jon went the extra mile recently with his help and patience while I deliberated over some guitar upgrades, resulting in me being really happy with my final choice. Excellent customer service!”
