I was looking for a Taylor 812ce guitar and was attracted to the website statement that they are Taylor nuts! I saw Jon, who was a fountain of knowledge, very informative and helpful without being pushy in any way. I tried 3 different guitars and ended up with a Taylor 814ce DLX which was not the one I expected to buy.
