All the staff I have met in the shop have been so friendly and helpful. I was not pressured, just given sound advice and allowed time to try the guitars. Jon has been a fount of knowledge, especially with the Taylor guitars and has set mine up perfectly.
Their love of guitars is clear for all to see.
