“Excellent service. My order was processed promptly and arrived quickly. Not next day as requested but under the current, Covid, climate two working days is pretty impressive. The guitar arrived unblemished and as described. On looking at the truss rod the truss rod nut was completely slack and so needed a quick tweak. I was delighted to get a limited edition model at a fair price. I would not hesitate to order from Guitar Mania in the future.”

“I bought a Taylor truss-rod wrench from Guitar Mania. Amazon have a lot of cheaper copies but reviews were not great. Hats off to GM for being one of the few places to have the real thing in stock! Payment without opening an account was easy; (free!) delivery a couple of days later.”
