“I bought a Taylor 310 & it played horribly, after trawling online to find a service centre to sort it, I contacted Guitar Mania, had a reassuring & encouraging chat on the phone. Not being on the doorstep some 300 miles away I sent my guitar away !! Had a courtesy call when it arrived and a brief chat, the rest is history.. Jon Rabbets worked a magical transformation and returned it the very same day.. I cannot rate & recommend Guitar Mania highly enough absolute superb service, contact, advice & workmanship. Thank you & keep up the excellent work.”

“I have never hesitated to recommend this shop over the years. The people that work here have always been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient in my experience and the shop has a really welcoming atmosphere. They realise for most people a new guitar or amp is a big investment and want to help you make the right choice. They'll give you as much advice and time as you need to make the right decision, you're never rushed. Jon went the extra mile recently with his help and patience while I deliberated over some guitar upgrades, resulting in me being really happy with my final choice. Excellent customer service!”

“Wanted to upgrade sons bass amp from starter/bedroom equipment to something of better sound/quality and power. Bought the Fender Rumble 100w Bass Amp. Fantastic sound and build quality but very lightweight 👍🏻 Great advice and customer service, would highly recommend Guitar Mania!!! 👍🏻😁”
