“Being a complete beginner, guitar mania staff were very helpful in their advice. They avoided using jargen and didn't try to upsell me. Delivery was very efficient and I received my guitar in perfect condition only 24 hours after placing my order. I purchased the Fender FA-115 V2 ACOUSTIC GUITAR BEGINNERS STARTER Pack which I'd thoroughly recommend, it comes with a 3 month fender play subscription which is perfect for beginners. The guitar itself is both aesthetically pleasing and very easy to play without compromising on size or sound quality.”

“Kluson style jade green tuners are excellent, easily fitted (needed 10mm inserts), and are tight and accurate. LP copy looks much better and stays in tune. Many Thanks”

“Over several years I have purchased two used guitars along with numerous strings and sundries, and had two other guitars serviced by Guitar Mania. I have always received excellent information and advice from John and the staff, as well as superb and economic service. The atmosphere of the shop is friendly with no pressure, and the range of both new and used products is astounding. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.”

“Very pleased with the customer service received by Jon and Chris. They are extremely helpful, have a wealth of guitar knowledge, give you as long as you need and are not pushy on sales. I’ve always found them to be genuinely very generous on part exchange prices. Also they have a good returns policy if you’re not sure after buying. I’ve bought many many guitars here, mainly Taylor’s, and Jon’s knowledge of Taylor’s is second to none. He is also an excellent guitar technician, having been to the Taylor Factory in San Diego several times over the years, for technical training and product updating. I have had quite a lot of servicing and small jobs carried out here by Jon, and have never been disappointed. Great work. First class service, we’ll pleased with Guitar Mania whom I’ve been dealing with for the last 15 plus years, which is ongoing. I can wholeheartedly recommend Guitar Mania as an excellent independent Guitar Shop for Sales and Servicing, particularly as a Taylor Guitar Dealer, and for superb customer service. “Brilliant, caring service. Ordered a potentiometer for next day working day delivery (for a gig), it was driven to the post office specially on a Saturday morning. The seller even offered a refund on postage fees as it wasn't as expensive as the courier! Very happy, guitar repaired in time for the gig. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“No matter what reason takes you into the shop, the guys there are always ready to help, sharing knowledge and giving advice.
