“Watch arrived on time, packaging was flimsy (a plastic bag). The price was great as the watch was on sale however it did arrive with scuff marks on the bracelet clasp. I did contact Guest & Phillips, the only option offered was to send the watch back to have the scuffs buffed out, not really ideal so I kept it as is. This could have been avoided if the protective stickers have been left on the watch, unfortunately these had been peeled off hence the damage. I understand that Jewellers often keep watches on display but sending out a brand new scuffed watch is not ideal.”

“Visited Guest & Philips on a recent visit to Beverley and purchased a WOLF Watch Winder at an excellent price. A excellent 'silent' winder and delighted that it was a special offer. As usual the Guest & Philips staff where friendly and helpful. In setting up the product I did find the instructions a little 'vague' and turned to YouTube to find a helpful video by a user of WOLF Watch Winders. If you are looking for an independent jeweler with a substantial range of new and quality used items visit the shop in person”
