Watch arrived on time, packaging was flimsy (a plastic bag). The price was great as the watch was on sale however it did arrive with scuff marks on the bracelet clasp. I did contact Guest & Phillips, the only option offered was to send the watch back to have the scuffs buffed out, not really ideal so I kept it as is. This could have been avoided if the protective stickers have been left on the watch, unfortunately these had been peeled off hence the damage. I understand that Jewellers often keep watches on display but sending out a brand new scuffed watch is not ideal.
