“I was looking for a gift for my friend’s 60th birthday which I found in Guest & Philip’s website. They are competitively priced and their website was easy to navigate . I received the necklace within a few days & G&P gift wrapped the item. It has not been given to recipient as their birthday not for couple weeks. Would recommend G&P for great service & competitive prices. Thank you”

“Amazing service. I was after a specific Secrid twin wallet and Jack sourced it for me in a just a couple of days, sent me a photo to check it was what I was after and then sent it out for next day delivery, at a very competitive price too! I will definitely be shopping here again, great customer service, rarely seen these days.”

“Google searched an item that was selling out fast. Found exactly what I was looking for at Guest & Philips. Easy to order and pleased to be offered express delivery so the item arrived in good time for a birthday. Well priced, well packaged. I always check a few details before buying anything and I was delighted to see Guest & Philips is an established traditional family jeweller in the heart of a town and although not local to me I felt I could trust them and the postal service. Sometimes you find something you want but there is no history to a company with the address as unit x on an industrial estate which I am sure is fine but I prefer to buy from a business with long standing in the community. Thank you so much!”

“Fabulous service! The order was despatched speedily. Beautifully packaged. Unfortunately it was the wrong watch face size for me. I spoke to a helpful lady and returned it.
