“Fabulous service! The order was despatched speedily. Beautifully packaged. Unfortunately it was the wrong watch face size for me. I spoke to a helpful lady and returned it. There where no questions and my money was returned immediately. I will definitely check out their website for future purchases. The best efficiency and customer service in years!”

“I took and Omega Watch in for repair (£608.00) to this shop as their representing Agent. Very poor Warranty Presentation/Explanation. Wrote to Omega as I was told it was Omega's responsibility and not theirs.. Omega were very apologetic and wrote back otherwise and said this was not their normal and would look into it internally. I sent a copy of my email to Omega and Omega's response back to me to this Jewellers for their information and they did not bother to respond to me! I certainly will not use or recommend this Jewellers again. extremely poor service in my opinion.”

“Bought a beautiful Gucci watch from Guest and Phillips yesterday and what an absolute pleasure it was! I spoke with Jack over the phone and his knowledge and passion for the job was clear. The service was impeccable and I could not fault anything with the transaction. I too run my own business and I can say without doubt Jack is a model employee and will hopefully be the owner or certainly the manager one day (if he isn't already). The courtesy and politeness of Jack was second to none, he assisted in my purchase with utmost priority, my watch was gift wrapped and sent first class with lots of protective packaging (the best i've seen) the service I experienced simply could not be beat. Fantastic from start to finish and I can't recommend this company highly enough, well done in the harsh climate and I wish you all the luck and prosperity in the world. Ryan.”

“I just wanted to review the alteration and purchase I’ve made just recently. I am delighted with my bracelet, the additional length of chain is impossible to tell and it fits me just perfectly. The T bar is beautiful and I’ve just attached it to my existing necklace. Thank you all for your help and I will definitely be back again for more purchases.”

“Choose Guest and Philips, as they were Tiso agents, to have my watch repaired. I was advised that they could send it to the manufacturers and cost would be no more than £180 regardless of any work that needed doing, as Tiso offered an all inclusive repair scheme. I left my watch at the beginning of January, rang the shop several times, hoping my watch would be ready for collection. Alas it was not ready until today 11th April. The staff were unable to tell me when asked, what repairs had been done, and didn’t offer to restart the watch and set it to the correct time. I had to ask the assistant for that service. When we disputed the bill for £193 when we had been previously told that that it would be no more than £180 we were amazed to find them rather vague with the answer. Knowing that Tiso do all inclusive repairs. The service at Guest and Phillips was not what we expected, and really wanted us out of the shop.”

“Ordered 3 packs of Cross Mechanical Pencil refills, 2 of which were absolutely fine, but one pack had obviously been opened with a number of leads broken. As the items were relatively cheap I didn't bother asking for a replacement/refund, but did drop them an Email to let them know. Never recieved any form of reply, or apology. Shame, as their delivery was pretty quick.”

“Ordered a Seiko watch which was limited Edition and when arrived the lid of the box was broken in 3 places, I made contact with G&P, they were very apologetic and said they would try and get another box but it might not be the same as it’s a limited edition box and watch, unfortunately they couldn’t get the correct colour but sent me a second box which was limited edition just in a different colour, I now have 2 boxes of I ever decide to sell. Great customer service and the watch was a great price too so win win. Highly recommend this shop. A++++”
