“Ordered 3 packs of Cross Mechanical Pencil refills, 2 of which were absolutely fine, but one pack had obviously been opened with a number of leads broken. As the items were relatively cheap I didn't bother asking for a replacement/refund, but did drop them an Email to let them know. Never recieved any form of reply, or apology. Shame, as their delivery was pretty quick.”
