“It took me some time to find a supplier for an extra wide bull nosed oak board 2.1m x 300mm. G&S Specialist Timber gave a very competitive quote, the timber arrived on time very well wrapped and beautifully finished. I could not recommend them enough, great service at a competitive. I am just about to place an order for 3 further oak boards. What more can I say”

“I called into G & S Timber while coming home from Scotland as I live in West Yorkshire. I bought a selection of knives for carving and some wood(Lime). I was very pleased with the purchase and the prices were very reasonable. I have continued to purchase from G & S using mail order and I will continue to do so. Excellent service, excellent products and excellent customer service.”

“I have ordered specialised timber from other merchants and have been poorly let down. When you pay additional to have skirting and architraves machined properly and then when it comes to installation, having to redo the bullnose and chamfers and sand the surface to a standard that you paid for, it really adds cost to a jobs you had not budgeting for. With G&S, I placed the order and then followed up with a call. It was explained to me I would not have these problems and I can confirm that my last order of TulipWood skirting came in perfect. I look forward to ordering more timber from this company and getting what I paid for and the price was great too. 5 out 5 for service and quality of product and its finish - Thanks”
