“G&S have a great website that makes ordering simple, even if you're not in the trade ordering large quantities. They supply rough sawn and planed timber, and choosing your desired dimensions from the drop-down menus is easy. Prices are more reasonable than most suppliers I tried too.”

“Easy to order. Quick delivery. Even though the order was small the packing was carefully prepared, providing a piece of wood to prevent possible delivery damage. We'll done.”

“Delivery damaged and still wait for a response before we take it further. Walnut rod we order also was damaged Plus the packaging is weak. If you charge for delivery this should be addressed. Luckily we paid with PayPal so if we don't here back this by the end of the week a dispute will be raised. Do not recommend”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, Once again we are sorry the dowel arrived damaged. We received your email on Monday regarding the damage to the Walnut dowel, We replied at the time as we don't have anymore of the dowels or raw material in stock to replace the dowel and asked how you would like to proceed but didn't receive a response to this email. If you can return our email and we will resolve this for you. Kind regards G&S

Good morning, Thank you for your review, we are currently working on cutting more stock blanks and we have a new stock system that will be live in the next few weeks which should also help keep us up to date as well. Kind regards G&S
