“Had a bit of an issue with paying when using the online store on my mobile but all worked perfectly on mu laptop. I made an error in the size of wood I ordered but the team were very quick to respond when I asked them to change it and the correct sizes arrived in the time limits promised. Haven't used the blanks yet but they look to be good quality. It was also GREAT to have a good selection of sizes to choose from.”

“Hi guys, I will happily write a review, but only when or after the items that I ordered, have been delivered. No word from FedEx yet regarding the delivery. Tracking is 'not yet available ' on their tracking website. Regards, Tony”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, we have checked the tracking and the parcel is showing as signed for at your address on Friday at 08.27. if this incorrect please can you let us know so we can look into it for you. The invitation for the reviews are sent out 5 days after dispatch to allow for the parcels to arrive. Please let us know if the parcel didn't arrive as the tracking shows. Kind regards G&S
