“not your problem but the delivery was meant to be last Friday , then Monday and supposed to be today , I have been in each time and nobody rang my bell or left the package in the lobby as instructed. Its a pity as you were so prompt with your service.”

“I ordered planed all round timber. The ordering process was simple. The timber arrived in excellent condition a few days later. The turn around time seems to be much swifter than advertised, which is a good thing. And so I was able to start construction of furniture ahead of schedule.”

“good service,but 3 from 12 were bent,1 akin to a banana,also 2 different sizes,i wanted them for making arrows.not easy when bent.....”

“Great service from G&S Timber. I bought a Lie Nielsen No. 6 plane and asked the staff to pack some extra protection around the box. The plane was wrapped in bubble wrap inside along with Lie Nielsen's own paper wrap. The Lie Nielsen box was then wrapped in corrugated cardboard. The plane arrived promptly to the Channel Islands. The packaging was fine apart from a hole that the courier had managed to make next to the plane blade. Thankfully after inspection the plane looked fine. So thanks to the extra effort in packaging by the G&S Timber staff all was well. The plane is excellent.”
