“I made a mistake with my order and within minutes I’d had it refunded and was able to resubmit. Wood is of really good quality and the laminated joins looks flawless. There was slight damage on the packaging which came through to the wood, but as they were window boards it didn’t concern me too much.”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, sadly there are now only 2 couriers that will take the 2.4 metre parcels that we send. We are currently charging what we are paying the couriers to take the parcels. We are working to get the rates down for the future. Kind regards G&S

“Fantastic quality window board, looks as good as on picture (zero knots and stains). Will definetly use again and recomend to friends and family. Also well packaged and quick delivery. Would be nice to have option to bullnose/chamfer all three sides on website. Many thanks. Ariel”

“Delivery was prompt and everything arrived in good order. The packaging wasn't totally secure and the parcel had broken open somewhat in transit, but the contents were safe (and there is no knowing what it had suffered at the hands of the carrier, so I won't deduct a star).”

“Oak window sills arrived as expected and price was fairly competitive. Quality of cutting wasn’t as expected though with a couple of edges cut poorly and one side of one of the sills had marks on”
