Good Morning Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, and as we did try to explain to you, we can no longer accept telephone orders. This is because of recent fraudulent transactions over the phone. All orders are now to be placed through the website for stock items and anything bespoke can be emailed and we can send a proforma to you to pay directly by BACS. These are the safest ways to pay for both you - the customer and us - the business, protecting both parties. We are sorry to hear you aren't happy with our company procedure but we thank you for your order online which we received and despatched to you all within the same day.
