“My last order was online but always enjoy a visit to your store, when we are in the Lakes area. I purchased some slate coasters, from Coniston, and set them into the oak blanks.”

“As a hobbyist every now and then I need a few bits of wood for projects. Buying stuff on eBay can be a bit hit and miss any many timber stores seem geared to the construction trade. I placed an order with G&S and was delighted with the quality of the wood and the speed with which it was delivered.”

“Great communication. Due to short term difficulties with their supplier they contacted me to say there would be a 2 week delay and did I still want to continue with my online order. Timing wasn't critical to me and the products were here well before the two weeks advised.”
