“Service was generally good. I would however, make a few points. I was told I would receive a text telling the delivery window on the date of this delivery. This did not happen - the kit was left while I was out, so no opportunity to check anything on delivery. The kit went together very well - although some of the pictures (there are few words) in the instructions took some working out. I still have two little plastic brackets that are mentioned NOWHERE in the instructions - the plastic protection pieces are particularly difficult to fit - had to cut bits off and then glue them into place. The first thing anyone putting the kit together will find out is how weak the little bolts are when you first overtighten one of the nuts, even by a tiny amount - the things just snap - and there are NO spares - not even one - included. I had to rummage around in my spares box for the last 2 or 3 when finishing the roof. It would be helpful if the order in which the roof glass was discussed in the instructions - do it wrong, and you have to remove panels (not easy!) to access others. The advice given in the instructions to not finish cement foundations until the kit is finished is simply wrong - on ANY structure, squareness and level are sorted BEFORE you proceed any further.”

“I purchased a 6 x 4 greenhouse and managed to assemble it myself over 2-3 days with a little help from my husband. It was well engineered, all the pieces were numbered and fitted together nicely. The window and door were the most difficult to assemble but I eventually managed them. The pieces were well engineered, but it would have been good to have the screws more easily identified. Altogether good value and a nice product.”

It arrived very quickly, took time to check the contents, read the instructions and with my son it took a day to put up.
