“Good product and terrific aftersales service. Through no fault of theirs, I lost one small(important) component which they replced by return free of charge. 2 days later, I dropped one of the toughened panes of glass which smashed on the concrete base. I rang for a replacement,expecting to have to pay for the component and postage, which they again replaced by return and free of charge.”

“My experience of Greenhouse stores has been great. Matt was very patient in answering my questions and took the time to check out the details I needed. His advice about shelving and ventilation was spot on and clearly based upon expert knowledge. Ordering was straightforward and then liasion with Swallow (GB) was handled seamlessly right up into the installation which was brilliant. I’m really pleased with my Swallow Robin greenhouse, its the perfect size and colour and very good quality. I spent ages researching and shopping around but it wasn’t until I engaged with greenhouse stores that I got exactly what i wanted.”

“I have no complaints about the mini greenhouse, it's just right for us. But the fitting arrangement for the add-on temperature controller are not good. I re-engineered them and it is now OK.”
