“Had a large amount of lawn which was waterlogged during the winter of 2014/5 and then heaving with leatherjackets. I had the lawn removed as it was hopeless, treated the bare soil in May; used grass seed in June for the largest area and new turf for a smaller area and it has all grown really well and is thick and green. Another treatment recommended for September which I have already ordered. It is all much easier to do than you first think and definitely worth it.”

“I recently ordered and received 80? ladybird larvae. Unfortunately they were so small that when I tried to distribute them on the beans which had blackfly, most of them just blew away, I tried to shield them from the wind, but they were so small that they weren't big enough to hang on. I guess some of them managed to make it up the stems of the beans, but it was very disappointing. I didn't realise that they would be that tiny when sent out. I tried to find some several times recently, but each time I could find no more than two. I think a warning that they would be so small would have been appropriate.”

“I am not sure which product I am supposed to be reviewing but the service on both occasions was very good. There was a problem with the fly trap attractant that I had ordered in addition to the flytraps but that problem has been resolved and, hopefully, will not prove to be a problem in the future. As far as the ladybird larvae order is concerned, again, it was delivered very quickly and in good condition giving the usual excellent "green gardener" service.”

“I have bought several things from green gardener including Ladybirds, Nemaslug and 2 wormeries. Their products are great but the web page is very poor and hard to use. Apparently you cam review their products but like most things on their website it is not easy to work out how. Some products such as the Kitchen caddy for compostable waste are mentioned and pictured but apparently not actually available to buy.”
