“I cannot yet confirm the effectiveness of the natural predator solution for Fuchsia Gall Mite infestation. But I can praise the efficient, swift and courteous Customer Service; the advice and help I received were excellent - a refund for a duplicated item was made without delay. I am hoping that the Amblyseius predator will save my very old-established fuchsia bushes, which are looking extremely sad and damaged, to avoid removing them completely.”

“Good company and reliable deliveries. Not sure about the Nemotodes for scales. very difficult to keep leaves of the Rhodendrum bush wet for some many hours unless your prepare to sit by the tree or 8 hours spraying it”

“The nematodes I brought to help continue keeping the Box Hedge moths at bay are so far effective. I am about to use the volcanic dust which I used previously and has helped restore the hedge.”

“I ordered some sachets to treat Fuschia Gall Mite. They arrived very promptly with directions how to use them. As of this moment, my fuschia has improved but is still not clear so I can't really comment on the efficacy of the product properly, although it is trying hard! But the order and delivery was very good - thank you”

“The problem with automated, "You recently bought something, now review us." Emails is that the automated system deliberately omits the item purchased. I have bought a few things from Green Gardener, no idea what this request for a review relates to, but I wouldn't have returned if they had not provided a good product and service.”

“Hi thanks for your very prompt service ! I have used your product for reducing the Slug population in my garden. I haven’t seen much of an improvement in the reduction of numbers of slugs as I pick up 20 to 30 most mornings and unfortunately I have had two dead Frogs in the garden and it has made me not so sure that what I am doing is the right thing !”

“After more than a week my nematode order had failed to arrive and we shortly due to depart on holiday. I contacted Green Gardener's customer service. There was absolutely no quibble and they immediately despatched a replacement pack, which arrived within 48 hours. Royal Mail did eventually deliver the original pack, about a month after it was ordered and by which time the use by date had long expired. My only other observation is that it did take several attempts before I could get past the GG answering service to speak to someone. However, in spite of this slight problem, I'd happily use their services again.”

“I received live ladybirds. Three however were dead. I followed the instructions, but had to put them outside in windy weather. I haven't see any of them since. But, wr don't have any aphids either. Sue”

“ordered the bee box again, this colony seems smaller than last year and has not produced as many new bees and there were many small dead bees in the box when it arrived, still pleased with it.”
