“I fitted two ultrasonic foxscarers in my back gagarden. They are easy to use and good value. The fox damage to my back lawn has been reduced if not yet eliminared”

“I ordered slug nemotodes at the beginning of October and selected 'asap'. There was no communication from your company to say there would be a delay in supplying my order. I emailed after 2 weeks to ask what had happened to my order and only then was I informed there had been a supply delay. I would have been helpful to have been informed of this before I emailed as I had no idea if the order had been lost. After a month, I received my order. It would have been helpful to be kept informed when there is a delay. I am happy with the order, but hope with future orders there will be more communication regarding delivery.”

“Very good service. The packages were received within a couple of days which was great. These were placed on the plant as instructed and the fuchsia pruned as suggested. They are still on the shrub!”

“We applied nemotodes for craneflies recently to our lawn at double strength as our garden is no more than 50 metres and fortunately the rain watered them in a little later. Hopefully it will do the job but we will apply more in the spring next year. I also have sprayed 'grazers' animal deterrants around and upon my newly planted bulb pots and so far this has deterred a couple of inquisitive squirrels that do the rounds of our gardens! Though I have covered the pots with chicken wire.”

“Good selection of products. Prompt dispatch of ladybirds with free larvae. Took a bit longer than expected for delivery, in transit 3 days. Think combination of travel and being too cold in early September in Scotland, they all left and ignored my aphids, even when placed right next to them. Larve didn't come with a bag, don't think they made it either. Will try again in spring”
