“Bought the nematodes to help control leather jackets. All arrived OK but the use by date was too soon as the ground temperatures were not sufficiently high to be applied. A longer use by date would be appreciated.”

“Too early to comment on the nemotoads success rate but the yellow sticky cards are a success with over 10 little rascals caught on each of 2 cards. Also like the fact that you can reveal the cards a little at a time, either in half sides or one side at a time. Prompt delivery too, thanks, the small flies were really becoming a nuisance from the pot plants in the house so I hope this combined effort with the ZootOff too will fix it.”

“Bought a Foxwatch Fox Repeller to repel foxes pooing in a suburban garden. The main area being contaminated was our patio but other areas were also soiled in the garden. Sited the Repeller to mainly cover our patio area and the pooing stopped almost immediately. We adjusted the position of Repeller and other areas became poo free. We did order another Repeller thinking we needed more cover. By the time it arrived our garden was poo free so we returned the other Repeller! So we are quite impressed with the Foxwatch Fox Repeller so far which we run with the mains adaptor. Would also say returning the additional was easy and postage free.”

“The products I ordered arrived in only a few days and were carefully packaged in a recyclable bag. The incorrect moth traps were sent but quickly replaced with no extra delivery cost to me. I am confident that the Nemasys Vine Weevil products will be delivered correctly at the beginning of April and September.”

“The bee house is very sturdy. Gave the rough edges a bit of a sand and it’s fine. Great that the trays can be pulled out for cleaning at the end of the season.”

“Ordered diatomaceous earth tub and tube/ shaker was pleased with purchase & delivery from Royal mail who kept me updated. I would have scored 5 but was disappointed with the way it was packed, unfortunately the lid from the shaker had popped off the tube so when opening the box the entire tube was everywhere, went everywhere and was inhaled.”

“Weed killer was very effective but for large areas it is expensive. Is there a way of using a bigger container for a larger amount and so a cheaper cost? Thank you .”

“The product arrived quickly and was well packaged. I have used the spray on my fuchsias and the white fly have mostly disappeared and the plants are looking a bit healthier.”
