“Good service, delivered on time and ladybugs were alive. I think I didn't have enough aphids to keep them around though! Maybe I ordered too much. I'll try again next year as the garden grows if I get more bugs.”

From : Jonathan - jon@greengardener.co.uk Thanks for the review and sorry you are not happy and I would like to look into this to make sure it does not happen again, but I am confused - you ordered a ladybird barn and ladybirds on the 5th August and we posted it on the 10th, so I am confused as to why you mention 2 months (that would take us into next month if you ordered on the 5th August) PLUS we stopped selling ladybirds at the end of august! Please can you confirm the details of the complaint and I will be happy to look into it. Yours sincerely Jonathan from Green Gardener.

“I have used Green Gardener in the past, and found their products to be effective. My last order for scale insect and white fly nematodes was a disappointment, in that both pests have increased.”

“My Nematop Adult Vine Weevil Traps arrived within days of my order,thank you. The Nemasys Vine Weevil Killer arrived as plan,during w/c 12th September. Feel much happier knowing my plants & shrubs will now be protected from these voracious insects.”

“I have bought several things from green gardener including Ladybirds, Nemaslug and 2 wormeries. Their products are great but the web page is very poor and hard to use. Apparently you cam review their products but like most things on their website it is not easy to work out how. Some products such as the Kitchen caddy for compostable waste are mentioned and pictured but apparently not actually available to buy.”

“Green gardeners ladybirds are usually a good buy, this year I bought later, after their newsletter reminded me, and offered a good deal. I ordered Thursday night expecting delivery the following week, unfortunately they must have arrived Saturday as when I got home Sunday late they were there, and only 50% still alive. Shame, next time I'll order when I'm defo staying at home all week! 4 stars for service etc, 1 star off as 50% died after 3 days in packaging (I've had live ones fine longer previous years, so this year's feed strip must have been bad)”

“2 of the lady birds were dead on arrival. The morning after I put them on to the rose bush I found some dead after being captured by spiders. I haven't seen any lady birds since. Really really gutted, after being so excited when I received them :-(”
