You placed the order at 3:25 PM on Thursday (after our cutoff), and tracking confirms it arrived the very next morning, Friday at 10:57 AM. “I ordered some square drip tray on line then realized that I had ordered the wrong size I rang them and explained to a gent who said his Name was Steve, after explaining what I had done , he very kindly sorted it out, and within two days the trays had arrived, I was surprised at the quality excellent value for money , and if I need any more Great Stuff will be my first port of call”

“Great prices and fast delivery but... I measured my pot and it was 28cm, so I ordered a 29cm tray. The lip of the traymay be 29cm, but the BASE is much smaller, so the tray didn't fit. So now Ineed a bigger tray, whichy you don't do, andI have a smaller tray which I don't really need. Can you clarify your measurements please?”

Hi Melanie, Thank you for the review and sorry you've had some confusion with the tray sizing, PotKing Square Saucer 29cm is the actual name of the product, the dimensions for each of the 3 sizes we stock are listed in the description (internal base, external and height). We do have a saucer big enough to fit your pot at 32.5cm internal base, which would be the 42cm option from the link here > https://www.hydroponics-hydroponics.com/square-saucer-1782

“Super happy! Bought the ROOT!T 26w LED Grow Light and the ROOTIT 120cm stand. Already had X1 ROOT!T 26w LED Grow Light, liked it a lot so bought another and attached both onto the stand...so easy to assemble. Seedling are soaking in the light and growing well. Thank you great product! ...Great seller and ...fast delivery! Will definitely buy from here again!”
