Thanks for your review, we take on board any issues as this helps us create a better service. If ever there’s any issues, please do contact us as we will look to resolve them straight away. In this issue when checking the tracking it had been attempted 5 times and no one was home, which we were unaware of until this was returned to us, always check the tracking and if you know you’re not going to be home you can rearrange the delivery for a time when you will be through the couriers tracking. You can find your tracking information on the dispatch email, if you don’t receive this please check your junk mail or contact us. We have since resent this out and can see this has now been delivered.

Hi Jason, We’re a bit confused by this as our records show your order was delivered ahead of schedule! You placed the order at 3:25 PM on Thursday (after our cutoff), and tracking confirms it arrived the very next morning, Friday at 10:57 AM. If you haven't received the package yet, get in touch with us directly so we can help you locate it immediately!
