“Great prices and fast delivery but... I measured my pot and it was 28cm, so I ordered a 29cm tray. The lip of the traymay be 29cm, but the BASE is much smaller, so the tray didn't fit. So now Ineed a bigger tray, whichy you don't do, andI have a smaller tray which I don't really need. Can you clarify your measurements please?”

Hi Melanie, Thank you for the review and sorry you've had some confusion with the tray sizing, PotKing Square Saucer 29cm is the actual name of the product, the dimensions for each of the 3 sizes we stock are listed in the description (internal base, external and height). We do have a saucer big enough to fit your pot at 32.5cm internal base, which would be the 42cm option from the link here > https://www.hydroponics-hydroponics.com/square-saucer-1782

“The plant pot is great, perfect size and very sturdy. But the spray bottle top is made from cheap plastic. It looks terrible and as though the metal coating on it won't last long at all. The spray mechanism is also pretty janky and hard to press smoothly. But it does do the job.”

“2 black plastic plantpot dishes packed in a very large box with a ridiculous amount of paper...perhaps because your P&P was expensive????”

Apologies about the excessive packaging, I can only assume we were out of the correct size boxes for your order. Postage may seem expensive for small orders, unfortunately we are just passing on the charge from DHL and don't make anything on postage costs.
