“Excellent product, shame about the delivery by DHL which wasted so much of our time”

“The plant pot is great, perfect size and very sturdy. But the spray bottle top is made from cheap plastic. It looks terrible and as though the metal coating on it won't last long at all. The spray mechanism is also pretty janky and hard to press smoothly. But it does do the job.”

Hi Eilidh, thank you for the review sorry to hear you are not happy with the spray bottles quality but looking at your order you didn't order a spray bottle from us, just the pot?

“2 black plastic plantpot dishes packed in a very large box with a ridiculous amount of paper...perhaps because your P&P was expensive????”

Apologies about the excessive packaging, I can only assume we were out of the correct size boxes for your order. Postage may seem expensive for small orders, unfortunately we are just passing on the charge from DHL and don't make anything on postage costs.

Thanks for your review, we understand the delivery charge is quite high for some of the smaller items and we are currently looking in to reducing this.

“Wanted to change the delivery so they leave it in a safe place to find out I've got to print off a receipt but I gave no access to a printer”
