“Hi Great Stuff Hydro Team, I’m writing regarding my order #ON01001712 for the Insecto Smoke Bomb (Mini 3.5g). I purchased it through your website but have not yet received the product. The delivery driver made two attempts: 3 Oct 2025, 12:14 PM: I was not at home. 6 Oct 2025, 9:55 AM: I was home waiting for the delivery, but the driver did not buzz my flat alarm. Instead, he called me from 07814 821018, swore, and shouted for no reason. Shortly after, I received an email stating “delivery failed.” This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. Please process a full refund for my order immediately. My account details has been sent to info@hydroponics-hydroponics.com. Please kindly followup accordingly. Many thanks, Hannah”

Hi Lynne, Sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. Having checked the tracking on the order with DX they say this was delivered Monday 28th July at 11.59, received by Eva. If this is not the case please get in touch with us and we will do our best to sort this out.

“Extremely poor quality and very flimsy trays Would have sent them back but repacking,taking to post office(which we do not have),and paying for postage Cannot be bothered Will not buy from you again Not a satisfactory experience!”

Hi, Sorry for the delay in the dispatch of your order this was due to the address given not appearing on our couriers system which we emailed you about, as soon as this was confirmed by yourself we dispatched your order. We can see your order has now been delivered, sorry it took a little longer than normal.

“If this is the company I ordered the filter from it came all smashed up bent up I had to re mould it with a hammer to get the fan in wasn’t very happy but didn’t have to moan about because I needed it ASAP don’t really no what to say not a very good filter”

“I tried to buy nutrients from Great Stuff, clicked 'UK - Mainland' as I live in the Scottish Highlands. Got an email the next day saying my purchase had been cancelled because I had 'wrongly' ticked the box for mainland UK. I replied, pointing out that where I live is definitely connected by land to the rest of the country. I got a message back the next day basically saying 'yeah, we should change that on our website really'. So all in all, a bit of a waste of my time.”

Hi, I understand your frustration, however highlands of Scotland isn't Mainland UK, we had emailed you back saying we should make this clearer on our website which is something we are working on as we want to make things as clear to our customers as possible. Our courier as with most other couriers class the Highlands of Scotland as Non Mainland UK (Highlands and Islands) and therefore charge a higher price for delivery, we do offer shipping to Non Mainland UK but unfortunately do have to charge a higher price for this.
