Hi Meirion, Unfortunately as your order was a signed for service the couriers can't leave it without getting a signature, always contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

“I bought the expanded clay pebbles45l pack The delivery was quick and well packed. I’m very satisfied with the size range of the pebbles and I will be using them for terrarium and arid loving plants. Lots of other interesting products available I will be purchasing again.”

“Great price and very good product! Reason I gave 4-out-of-5 stars is that DX missed the original delivery date that we were waiting to receive our parcel. Please offer more delivery options with DPD or DHL besides DX.”

Thank you for the review Ioannis, really sorry to hear you had problems with the delivery company. We are actually in the process of changing couriers so should have that done soon after new year, we are also looking into using Royal Mail for smaller orders to bring down postage costs a little bit more.

“Hi Great Stuff Hydro Team, I’m writing regarding my order #ON01001712 for the Insecto Smoke Bomb (Mini 3.5g). I purchased it through your website but have not yet received the product. The delivery driver made two attempts: 3 Oct 2025, 12:14 PM: I was not at home. 6 Oct 2025, 9:55 AM: I was home waiting for the delivery, but the driver did not buzz my flat alarm. Instead, he called me from 07814 821018, swore, and shouted for no reason. Shortly after, I received an email stating “delivery failed.” This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. Please process a full refund for my order immediately. My account details has been sent to info@hydroponics-hydroponics.com. Please kindly followup accordingly. Many thanks, Hannah”
