Hi Lynne, Sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. Having checked the tracking on the order with DX they say this was delivered Monday 28th July at 11.59, received by Eva. If this is not the case please get in touch with us and we will do our best to sort this out.

Hi Joanna, Sorry to hear about the bag with the hole in this should not be happening. Do you know if this was taped due to a damaged box during delivery or was the box it was delivered in fine? Please drop us an email and we can compensate you for this.
