“Great price and very good product! Reason I gave 4-out-of-5 stars is that DX missed the original delivery date that we were waiting to receive our parcel. Please offer more delivery options with DPD or DHL besides DX.”

Thank you for the review Ioannis, really sorry to hear you had problems with the delivery company. We are actually in the process of changing couriers so should have that done soon after new year, we are also looking into using Royal Mail for smaller orders to bring down postage costs a little bit more.

“Fast delivery. One of the bags had a hole in it. It had been taped up with parcel tape but still leaked a bit.”

Hi Joanna, Sorry to hear about the bag with the hole in this should not be happening. Do you know if this was taped due to a damaged box during delivery or was the box it was delivered in fine? Please drop us an email and we can compensate you for this.

“Ordered two 30 litre potato sacks. Was going to buy a couple of tubs but liked the idea that these were kind to the planet. My potatoes are not being sown yet so time will tell if they are a good buy as they were low priced and l paid a lot more for two saucers for the sacks to sit in. Will come back to you again for any gardening items l might need, as my order arrived swiftly and in cardboard that was easy to fold down which is always a help.”

“Pots great, recycling great, but packaging not so good, outer packaging good but inner bag plastic bag which in my area is not recyclable, that’s the only reason I’ve dropped you a point.”

“All well arrived on time. However post office would be much cheaper for items that don't require next day delivery, £6.95 for a £5.00 item makes it very expensive.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it's much appreciated. As for the delivery charge this is what we are charged from the courier service we use, we are looking into some cheaper alternatives for some of the smaller orders/items and will update the site once we have something in place.
