We are a family business based in Glasgow, Scotland. From a small start in 2012, we have become one of the UK’s leading suppliers of mountain sports equipment. Our product range has an emphasis on equipment for off-piste skiing/boarding and ski racing.

Renowned for our customer service, we will give each customer our individual attention - if something isn’t right, we’ll do our level best to sort it. Our choice of products is driven by our own experience as mountain sports enthusiasts. If we wouldn’t use it, we won’t stock it.

“I ordered a helmet for my son. There was no protective packaging at all. The box was extremely damaged indicating that the helmet has been heavily bashed around in transit. Customer services have been very unhelpful and are asking me to pay for the return. I even emailed the manufacturer for the helmet who agreed, based on the photos, that the helmet should be returned. Very disappointing company who cannot accept responsibility.”

Alesia, The helmet was adequately packaged in a sturdy box covered with polyethylene and an internal foam liner for protection. The photos you provided showed only a slightly crumpled corner on the outer box, and you confirmed that there was no damage to the helmet itself. Both POC (the manufacturer) and our team have confirmed that you are welcome to return the helmet for a refund. However, as the helmet arrived undamaged and the return is based on your own decision rather than a product fault, the return postage costs remain your responsibility. Once the helmet is received back with us, a full refund will be issued promptly.
