We are a family business based in Glasgow, Scotland. From a small start in 2012, we have become one of the UK’s leading suppliers of mountain sports equipment. Our product range has an emphasis on equipment for off-piste skiing/boarding and ski racing.

Renowned for our customer service, we will give each customer our individual attention - if something isn’t right, we’ll do our level best to sort it. Our choice of products is driven by our own experience as mountain sports enthusiasts. If we wouldn’t use it, we won’t stock it.

“Bought as a gift. Bought the 85L - deliberated over getting the next size up but this case is roomy and plenty size enough. Quality of the product is great with great functionailty too. GRAVIY PROTECTION offered a great service all round with no issue from start to finish of purchase. Definetly would use again”

Hi Holly, You e-mailed late Friday afternoon to tell us there was a problem with your re-delivery after the initial delivery couldn't be made on Tuesday as the driver couldn't get access. We checked with the courier who has arranged for it to be delivered on Monday which we have informed you about. I'm not sure why you are saying there is no contact when you have been updated regarding the delivery. Also, the tracking information was showing the parcel to be at the depot so I'm not sure why you were unable to access this information. So, despite contacting us late afternoon on a Friday we have arranged the courier to re-deliver the parcel for the next working day. I'm not sure why you think this is appalling.
