“Honestly all though the service was easy to use I don’t see the point when you agree to a worker then they don’t turn up. You have zero come back and our job was ruined because of it. The grafter just ignored our calls and didn’t contact us before to say he wasn’t interested anymore . There was no time to find anyone else. Will not use again”

Hi Olivia, I am sorry you were let down by someone using Grafter. Like anywhere you could find workers, some people just let you down, and unfortunately Grafter is not immune to that. We take no-shows seriously and immediately remove anyone from the service that does this. Over time our online reviews of workers and removal of unreliable people helps improve the reliability of Grafters to be better that most sources of workers. Regards Grafter Team

Hi Daniel, I see you found a job, but cancelled because of transport problems, after asking the client where the job is and when it starts. You can see the job location and start time on the job description so you know the details before you apply.

“I tried Grafter 3 times. The first time all went well. The second and third times the grafters didn’t show and gave little to no communication. This left us in a very difficult situation. I like the concept but it’s just too unreliable.”

“First time I have used grafter. Found it easy to use and managed to gain the interest of 4 workers within a day. Had a little difficulty managing on the smartphone as opposed to PC, but the help desk sorted me out very quickly. Thought the website worked extremely well right through completion and payment. Reading the online reviews helpful. Will use site again when in need of help. A pity grafter take 10% on top of workers wages.”

“Just found out my account was blocked by grafter because I "posted 5 times and didn't hire anyone" ... sorry to burst your bubble but there are other sites for finding trades too and it wasn't a valid reason for blocking an account. Amateur website poorly managed and with this attitude it explains why they're not getting very far. Disappointed with the response and approach from this website.”
