“Can’t understand why got bad reviews on google! I think it’s an original concept that really works! I’ve only done one job but from what I understand, you do the work effectively and you get paid simple as that! Many benefits I’m sure this company will take off major! I’m currently only doing work through grafter now, much better pay than rip off agency! Many thanks warren j dent”

“Just found out my account was blocked by grafter because I "posted 5 times and didn't hire anyone" ... sorry to burst your bubble but there are other sites for finding trades too and it wasn't a valid reason for blocking an account. Amateur website poorly managed and with this attitude it explains why they're not getting very far. Disappointed with the response and approach from this website.”

In am afraid we cannot offer the service to people that decide not to pay us for using the service. We completed a review of your account and can see clear evidence you had organised work with people without paying, including directing them where to go while they were on the way to the job.

Hi Daniel, I am sorry you weren't happy with the worker you hired. There is a mix of skills and capabilities across the Grafters, but the online profiles and reviews from past bosses should help make sure you pick the right person. Please make sure you read the reviews for the worker and critically post your own review if to let others know about your experience with the workers.

I would like if the website could be turned into an app as I think it would be more successful and gain greater usage. Also an area where users can add images of work completed would be welcome”

“Rubbish app I got blocked the same day I received the job”

Hi, your account was suspended for cancelling a job after you were supposed to have started the it. We can't offer work to people that let us or the clients down.

“Very happy with the drafter we used. Payment was a little difficult as one of the pop ups needs a large screen to access. When I requested support it was assumed it was my error, once it was established that it wasn’t, my error rather than sorting the problem I was asked to try again, for the 4th time on a ,high resolution device, they meant bigger screen. The fees for this service should cover the cost of providing good payment mechanisms and non patronising support- some improvement needed”

Hi Sue, I am sorry you had a bad experience, there was a problem with the screen which we have since fixed. The larger 'resolution' was our tech lead trying to help with the problem, I am afraid that's just the terminology they use, I don't think he was being patronising. We are rapidly developing Grafter all the time, which is where we spend the fees we make, so we will keep improving...

“Seems a great idea and platform functions well. However so far only not had any luck with grafters. Only a few replied to my chat out of 20 approx applicants, finally I booked someone who cancelled on the day due to "sickness". So the grafters themselves don't seem very reliable, however perhaps the job I posted is work that doesn't interest them.”
