“The vast range of products were great, and the ordering process was very smooth indeed. Once our logos were updated we received out items very quickly It's nice that you can get all of your company's promotional items in one place Customer service was also exceptional (thanks George)... “Whilst 3/4 items I received were great and we would order them again, one item left our team slightly disappointed. The playing cards we ordered arrived in cardboard boxes, which we were informed of, however, the "Screen Printed" imprint was a white sticker with our university name on. The sticker was easily removable, not centered on the boxes. The design we approved did not show it was a sticker. Aside from that the other items we received in our order were of great quality and value! We will be using your team again.”

“We regularly use Gopromotional and receive a great service from Laura, our account manager. Most recently, we had a really tight turnaround needed on some products and she managed to get them to us in time for the event. The products themselves are always great quality. The Big Ocean 1 litre recycled metal water bottles were particularly impressive and are a firm favourite with our colleagues. Thanks for a great service.”
