“We order each year from Go promotional. When our items came this time the pads were half the size of previous orders. I got in touch with Thomas and iot was sorted quickly and a replacement was sent. I am just thinking if i hadn't noticed it would seem the quality weren't the best, which makes me think things aren't checked before they are sent out which is a little disappointing”
