“We ordered 200 Magic Diamond Full Color Cubes and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The order arrived even earlier than expected, which was extremely helpful, and everything was very safely and carefully packed. The quality of the cubes is excellent, they look fantastic and feel like a really premium product. The team was an absolute pleasure to work with: professional, responsive and very easy to communicate with. The whole ordering process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Most importantly, our clients absolutely love the cubes! Everyone has been genuinely impressed and pleasantly surprised by them, which is exactly the reaction we were hoping for. A fantastic product, great quality and excellent service. We would definitely order again and highly recommend them! Thank you to the whole team! ⭐️”

“The rulers didn't quite meet my expectations on the print quality side. I compared it to another ruler (TEG ruler) print quality and the print is more vivid than the rulers I received from Gopromotional. However, even though a little fuzzy the print quality is acceptable so can be used.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that, despite the print quality not quite meeting your expectations, the rulers were still suitable for use. We’re sorry that the print wasn’t as vivid and sharp as you had hoped. We take feedback like this seriously and will share your comments with our suppliers to help ensure we continue to improve the quality of our products. If you would like to discuss this further, please do get in touch with Laura your account manager and she will be able to assist. It is difficult to see from the image sent so if you could potentially send some more images to Laura too. We endeavour to have all customers 100% satisfied with the product they receive. Kind Regards, George Tyas Sales Manager

“Great service and reliable delivery We used GoPromotional to source promotional products for the company I work for, and the experience was smooth throughout. Their team (Laura Buckler) was attentive from the quoting stage onward, responded quickly to queries, and kept us updated with regular follow-ups. The products arrived on time and matched the quality we expected. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable supplier for promotional products.”
