“Ordered from their Irish website. Very efficient but was never told it was actually a UK site. Therefore duty had to be paid on goods arriving.”

Hi, Thank you for your review. All orders should go through our Irish company which your order has done- it looks there has been an error where the customs email has been sent to you by our supplier rather than ourselves to pay. Unfortunately for some products we must use UK based suppliers where there is not an option for an EU alternative. If you can email your account manager then we can get this rectified for you. I also found Laura to be very helpful in adding any additional requirements and requests by myself.
